Video visitation is available through www.icsolutions.com — Under the “Friends & Family” tab, click “Video Visitation” located under the Support section. Next, click on the down arrow next to “Select an Agency” and choose Tehama County Jail, CA; then follow the directions for setting up an account.
- Inmates will receive one (1) 30 minute visit twice weekly. Inmate workers may receive one (1) 60 minute visit twice weekly, if time and space is available. All visits will be non-contact.
- The visitation appointee may terminate a visit at any time if he/she feels there has been a breach of facility security and/or rules.
- Unlimited legal or confidential visits are available seven days a week from 7:00 a.m. – 11:00 p.m. from the following persons:
a. Attorneys
b. Probation/Parole Officer
c. Medical or Mental Health Staff
d. Approved Clergy – For approval please contact Chaplain Eileen Taylor at 530-527-7327 or [email protected]. You will be required to provide a copy of your ordination certificate along with your completed application. Applications will be processed as quickly as possible but approval may take up to three weeks.

- REQUESTS MUST BE RECEIVED 7 DAYS PRIOR TO A REQUESTED VISITATION DATE. DUE TO A LARGE VOLUME OF REQUESTS, WE ARE NOT ACCEPTING REQUESTS GREATER THAN 30 DAYS IN ADVANCE. PLEASE CHECK THE VISITATION SCHEDULE FOR CORRECT VISITATION DAYS ACCORDING TO THE HOUSING UNIT IN WHICH YOU WOULD LIKE TO VISIT PRIOR TO SUBMITTING YOUR VISITATION REQUEST.
