The Tehama County PAL’s “Martial Arts Center for Excellence and Sports Physical Fitness” is currently being held at 1005 Vista Way. Suite C, Red Bluff (cross of South Jackson Street).

This program is for boys and girls ages 5 to 18, and is held two times per week unless otherwise indicated by the instructors.
