The Tehama County PAL Fitness and Conditioning program is held at the Tehama Family Fitness Center, in the basketball courts, 2498 S. Main St, Red Bluff Ca 96080.

Program Schedule

Ages 12 – 17 (or 18 if still in school)

Mondays
6:30 pm to 7:30 pm

This class will cover the basics in the following training modalities: Functional Training, Full body circuit, HIIT, Strength Training and Flexibility.

This class will incorporate different Resistance Tools: Bodyweight, kettlebells, dumbbells and barbell movements.

Rules for the class:

ALL students and participants must sign in at front desk WEEKLY

At least one instructor will be CPR certified at each class

ALL students must be enrolled in the PAL program

A minimum of 2 instructors

Students should bring own water source and can take breaks as needed

If anyone becomes seriously injured in class: parents, PAL board and emergency services will be notified

Bullying, disrespecting others or any violation of PAL’s code of conduct will result in dismissal from class. Parents will be contacted for pick up.

Appropriate workout Attire will be required- (example: full length shirts and pants/shorts that allow movement without inappropriate exposure). If any student is not dressed appropriately for class their participation will be limited. Students will get warnings— repeated dress code issues will result in dismissal from class.

Students are to disinfect equipment they used after class; instructors are to spray down the mats
